Reclamation and returns
Each customer has the right to return a product within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason (Article 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act), except in the cases described in para. 2 of Art. 55. The order can be returned by downloading the customer form for complaint and return of goods to Hydrocap Ltd.
We only accept back products that are in good commercial condition and are obviously not used, exploited, can be accepted as a new product and there is no lack of receipt. Rejected orders are sent back to the address: Bulgaria, Kazanlak 6100, 221 Knyaz Alexander Batenberg Blvd. Pursuant to Art. 55 of the CPA, the consumer must send or hand over the goods back to the trader or to a person authorized by him not later than 14 days from the date on which the consumer has notified the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract.
In case of a problem with the quality of the product, we will replace the product, make a discount on the price or refund the amount paid, as the costs for courier and / or transfer of the amount are at our expense (Article 124 of the Consumer Protection Act).
Hydrocap Ltd. will refund within 30 days the amount paid for the product (s) (Article 55, paragraph 6 of the Consumer Protection Act), after making sure that the product is for sale in a bank account provided by the customer.
